Hi everyone,
Back to more Maxi IV's, actually the same one as two days ago, but the other side of it. That may be convenient for anyone working on a model. Also, again I have a five unit car to fill in the fifth slot, this time it is a new "retro" BNSF Maxi I BNSF Maxi I #237330 built by Gunderson. Given the number of 40' containers out there, and how wasteful it is to use 53' cars to carry them, it should not be such a big surprise that BNSF bought more of these cars even if the design is nearly 15 years old. They sure do look sharp in that fresh paint. I'll have more that are not quite as pretty once I figure out what their previous road numbers might be. Enjoy! |
