Bill has been railfanning since age 14 and now is reaching 50, Born in
Scranton PA on the DL&W mainline, he was an early model railroader, and
began taking pictures while in high school. Bill was an early fan of
the anthracite roads, but after a move to St Louis MO in 1969, he began
a slow conversion to shared interests with local modelers (read GMO,
BN, MOP, IC, MKT). Bill began shooting slides in St Louis area in 1980,
and continues to keep up on present developments, although mostly on
video the past 5 years.
