Message of the day - November 28, 2004:Hi everyone,Here is yet another new subject from contributor Moss E. Hulsey. While not quite as unique as the CF7 photos featured for the first time on this site last month, we have another new unit to feature this time, the GE U23B. Early GE's like this were not considered as successful as their modern counterparts, but at least most of these units survived longer than the typical 15 year lease term before retirement. I also have a couple B36-7's that were likely less of a success since they were retired just before their 15 years was up. Enjoy! Charles |
