Message of the day - March 30, 2000:

Hi everyone,

Today I have a little more variety of Santa Fe blue and yellow warbonnet power, including a couple rather rare GP40X's. Three of the five shots were taken back when I still thought Ektachrome 200 was good enough, but it did not take very many rolls of Kodachrome 25 to convince me to change over. While the dates give the Ektachrome shots away, it's not to hard to tell the difference just by looking at the pictures.

For those of you looking for more red and silver warbonnets, I just got back a CD of 36 from the lab today, so I'll have some for tomorrow, and a several months to come if I keep up the blistering rate of five images per month.

In case you are blind to the BNSF site I maintain, I announced my second online birthday party a couple days ago. One thing I did not include in the pictures for the original party favors page was Santa Fe, and I believe it is time for a little bit of red and silver. I do not have any good blue and yellow action scanned, but perhaps I may get some scanned before April 12.

Enjoy!
Charles
